Nick Westergaard is a strategist, speaker, author, and educator. As Chief Strategist at Brand Driven Digital, he’s spent his career building standout brands at organizations of all sizes—from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies to President Obama’s Jobs Council. He’s the author of the books Brand Now and Get Scrappy, a contributor to the Harvard Business Review, host of the popular On Brand podcast, a TEDx speaker coach, and a lecturer at the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business. An in-demand keynote speaker at conferences throughout the world, his work helps those struggling to stand out in our crowded, distracted world.

A/V Requirements

Nick creates visual presentations designed to engage and excite your audience. Because he wants your event to be a success and he knows the presentation works on his computer, Nick presents from his own laptop.

During the presentation, all podiums, chairs, stools, stands, etc. should be moved to either side of the stage. Nick does not use a podium during his presentation, other than to hold the laptop, if required by stage setup.

Nick Brings:

  • His MacBook Air
  • VGA and HDMI dongles
  • A wireless presentation clicker
  • A Keynote presentation designed for 16X9 screens (a slide PDF is always provided for attendees after the event and can be made available beforehand if requested)

Nick Needs:

  • A wireless lavalier or headset microphone
  • AC outlet to power his laptop
  • A projector (VGA or HDMI input)
  • A speaker system with audio output for his laptop
  • A confidence monitor or laptop placement on stage
